Booking Terms and Conditions

Clients, hereby should accept the following terms and conditions put forward by Hotel Parkland, Under the rules and regulations of the Tourism Ministry and Department of Tourism Nepal.

01. The clients must always tour or visit in only permitted areas. It is not allowed to visit in restricted areas.

02. Hotel Parkland puts every effort to make your trip smooth and pleasant but Hotel Parkland will not be responsible for sickness. Personal injury, death, loss or damage of personal property of the clients during the trip.

03. There will not be refund if the trip (program) is incomplete due to unforeseen circumstance such as client’s injury death or whatsoever.

04. It is always advisable to secure insurance against medical and personal accident risk should be secured by the clients himself / herself. Incase of any serious accident of any member of the group during the trip and program the rescue operation will be arranged, provided that the entire rescue services expenditure is born by the clients .

05. Any extra expenses incurred en route due to alteration of programs and delays caused by unforeseen circumstances shall be born by the participants themselves.
